I eat mostly raw vegan food since 5 years and my health has never been better. I also ate vegetarian for 2 years and atkins for 8 years. Veganism works best for my health & soul.

Can you give some tips on how to properly balance your diet when you go vegan? What things are necessary to keep your nutrition values at a healthy level when being vegan?

I would say watch your calcium (loads of greens), and vitamin D and B12 (not naturally found in plants; I take supplements). https://nutritionfacts.org/topics/supplements/

Eat organic food and you are fine. Raw food contains much more nutritional value than cooked. Its more about what "not" to eat: Sugar, Salt and Oil. Zero breakfast lots of water & tea.
