Add an equivalent of the balance in a currency chosen by the user as a reference to the wallet in the upper corner. E.g., USD.

Something broke my script, but it's fixed now and only supports USD. It could still be used as an example, tho: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/544658-bch-satoshis-to-usd-converter.
