I had a old .com wallet on my spare phone die yesterday when it tried to update. Got a message to not delete anything and contact support. I tried the seed on another device with ....
a new installed .com wallet and it worked. Deleted app on old phone, reinstalled it and then recovered from seed which worked.
Had me worried for a while though !
