I can only send you more tokens to see if problem fixes itself.
But Memo really needs to look into this, it's happened to many people from what I can see by the chats.
Looks to me like there is a general problem though, and this user may have tried to react by using another wallet and burning some of their tokens in the process.
It was an accident during the installation for electron cash app. I was created cash accound ID... I still find out more coz still missed around other not small amounts.
