It would do basic checks, but not transaction validation, so it wouldn't be robust as full node, but very low cost to run. It would keep the blocks it saw for rpc access, but also be
| prunable. It would also maintain and relay current mempool transactions once up to date.
It'll be useful for spinning up Member servers, and I'm wondering if there are any other
| uses people can think of?
I'm looking at using the bcoin/bcash javascript node to build from.
