Do we really need to try the prohibition angle again, or could our efforts be channeled elsewhere to prevent tragedies of that sort in the future?
And curiously limited funds allocated for mental health hospitals to treat/supervise psyche patients with a propensity for violence. Plenty of cheap fentanyl on the streets too.
