I think most people don't want to pay to write something on the Internet, so Memo itself won't become the next Twitter. But it can be part of it.
You don't have to pay to post anymore, and people can also *get paid* for posting on Memo if they do it well. I think Memo has real potential to dethrone Twitter, it's all bots and ads
I do. If Memo becomes so popular that the current faucet funds aren't enough to sustain it, there will so many people here that it's almost statistically guaranteed it will get funded
Definitely. People are so generous here, and commenting is so cheap, that I think the faucet (except for on BSV) is already funded enough to onboard users for over a year
