One is not a free thinker if they are following popular conspiracy theories. One also is not following events unquestionably if they expect logical consistency and understand science.

why? popular does not make it false

I mostly only speak against conspiracy theories I once fell for. I once believed climate change was a hoax, and that 911 was an inside job, until I looked deeper into these subjects.

While I was never a covidiot, I do speak out against those conspiracy theories since the data shows how laughable they are. The only narrative being spun are by conspiracy theorists.

Some conspiracy theories around covid are batshit cultist nonsense. Equally, the ‘mainstream’ narrative around covid is batshit cultist nonsense. Why choose between extremes?

That may very well be true, but in no way does denying conspiracy theory mean denying corruption. Often conspiracy theories are created by the corrupt to help spread their corruption.
