So Amaury was right about BU not really being dedicated?
I can only speak for myself (and perhaps what I see from BCHN).
Since Amaury departed, BU has cotinued to support Bitcoin Cash fairly in its work.
I hope they remain committed to it.

I think May 2023 is fast approaching though & the changes for CashTokens are not exactly trivial.
Although other C++ based clients can benefit from the implementation work done on BCHN
