I would just say that you should move on. If she cares about you, she will be the one to let you know. The onus to communicate is on the one giving the cold shoulder imo.
Maybe I'm too negative or maybe I'm just an asshole. But there are too many people for me to bother taking time on, especially in the search of a loving relationship.
