Not sure about aging, but definitely obesity and heart disease.

Sugar in honey, fruit, etc. is fine, refined/added sugar is shit though

A large glass of water, large cup of coffee or tea (or anything else with no sugar or sweetener) before breakfast, lunch or dinner can be helpful if you're trying to lose some weight

Get you some of that fancy sparkling water. That stuff is the best!

Oh yeah, immensely so. One of the biggest dieting tricks is to try to drink as much water as you can before a meal

Personally, my stomach can't handle coffee before breakfast though

Well, I made Oreo cheesecake, the baked kind, last Christmas. Almost worth it.
