Everything *can* be, but you realize how difficult it would be to tamper with a Memo post, right?
It would be exactly as difficult to tamper with an SSB post.

do i like it & 4what<- that matters. difficult not impossible.nothing lasts 4ever, so I use what I like, in 10 yrs won't matter ( probably we will trade in bean cans lol)

I don't know. We may now be in the period where more detailed information is known about every person, forever, than at any point before and (via ubiquitous encryption) after.

Not a very useful strategy, IMO. Neal Stephenson's PURDAH tech is not yet sufficiently developed.
Much better strategy is to use anonymization tech: Tor, Monero, GPG, Tails/Whonix, ...
