I don't understand what is happening on memo.cash anymore. I had 19,500+ satoshis and decided to withdraw but the max withdrawal was 6566 satoshis. Pls, I need clarification on this.

This is accurate. Unfortunately you will need to also send all your tokens to another wallet, then send the remaining BCH. Major PITA.
