This from LBRY themselves seems to back up the claim: https://lbry.com/faq/naming "If the community feels a URL resolution is incorrect, they can band together to change it anytime"
"trying to get the ELI5 answer from LBRY owners in their Slack about the explanation of this theorem of how it will solve the naming system problem i was simply banned..." = Proof
What I thought about this is, that's just a claim. He might have been a jerk over there, not followed rules of conduct, or he might even just have made that up.
No doubt personality issues exist there, but the context is overwhelming. The FAQ also declares mobs can simply confiscate your URL name. Real fun - anyone tell Naomi yet ?
I didn't totally ignore that claim though. It indicates that their agenda is not what they portray, so it is indeed a very useful piece of information if "used with care".
