I used too be very bored and that was terrible. Now I am grouchy, and that is terrible. I have been grouchy for 4 years I think. From the day I started too quit nicotine. Dopamine and serotonin supplements seem 2 help
I gave up cigs a good few years ago, switched to vaping then gave up vaping maybe 2/3 months ago. Still occasionally crave a smoke, not made me grouchy though, that only lasted a week!
