The biggest reason why there are so few public goods in the world is because no single person is incentivized to pay for their upkeep.
I don't mind paying "upkeep" I just don't want too do the math too calculate it. Both of which are obviously slavery. Upkeep or paying taxes is a very antiquated idea.
