Because the nations that perform poorly are black. Therefore when Trump say Africa bad he mean Black bad. Oh, and Africa being bad is our fault because we don't like blacks apparently.
One of the worlds largest slave trades still running today is run by and consists of African people. And last i checked no one is paying whitey to burn the Congo.
That was over a hundred years ago, before even the first world war. Still doesn't explain why saying that Africa has bad governments and economies is racist to black people.
