Its very basic. The form isnt automatic. How can we trust that you will send the products with no reviews or automatic process? Your WP theme is a Free one. No meta description.No privacy policy or terms of service, no favicon, No about page, no reviews page, no customer portal, No shipping tracking page, no resource pages.Heck not even a disclaimer page you might really need that one.Your FAQ literally has 2 answers. Also you have no SEO. No H1 tags, your actual html doc is small as f. No custom css.
