Interesting concept, I'm always open to exploring new tech and alternatives.
With the Bitcoin maxis on Nostr being a prevalent force, if this DOES get implemented it'll be shat on relentlessly.
And it'd be a shame.
They must block you account by account, but they will block themselves out of the message others should be able to read it, not like Reddit censorship unless Nostr changes that.
