I know he is referring to how birth control can work, and how when child mortality is lower people naturally choose to have less kids. Some think overpopulation is a problem.
That does not support your claim of using vaccines to kill people. He is saying that when less kids die people have less babies.
His intentions are to devote billions from the richest people to help save the lives of the world's poorest. He does what people cry out for billionaires to do.
