I wont hold my breath. I believe real lawsuits are rarely about actual truth. Each side sets up a narrative where it's about "truth" within the narrative, but whose narrative is right?
Also, this particular lawsuit? OK, go right ahead, it's theoretically possible something good comes from it. But CSW in general? A Bitcoinhater's wet dream with lawsuits left and right
