If we could 'anchor' BCH value through a market mechanism
designed to maintain value - should we ?

Anchor it to what? From BCH pov it is stable, and dollar, gold, other coins and so on fluctuate. It is true that this pov is a bit oversimplified, but there is some truth to it still.

Interesting POV.
I mean establish a fixed "INTRINSIC VALUE",
by mechanism,
that "moneylenders" cannot dictate.
They dictate gold prices by manipulation.
I say we can do this.

Maybe a better way to express myself would be to say that "there is no intrinsic value". Things have different value to different people. Some agreement exists, but it's not objective

True, yes.
The difference being that in a few more weeks
the value of a litre of drinking water,
a loaf of bread,
and a cup of coffee
will be a new 'gold stndard'.

As long as I can remember doomsday was reportedly just around the corner. OTOH, insane left policies have to lead to ruin someday. I really don't know what to believe about such things

Current prices, current incomes, current policies, current economies
are vaporizing
in real time
as we watch.
This moment is simultaneously
epic catastrophe and epic opportunity.
