I was looking at the bitcoin.org site recently - it's very misleading. It really applies much more to BCH than to BTC.

Its not a currency or Digital Gold. Both of these have many use cases.
Gold is used by many industries to make useful products.
btc is a ponzi...no use cases..its a scam.

Huh? It's like they're describing BITCOIN CASH not BTC.

What does the Trust Graph mean? It gives me an idea for complex queries on the blockchain: reputation system based on mapping connections between users according to follow/rating.

Yeah, that's basically it. It's a web of trust based on ratings and follows/mutes
