People hate on the IFP, yet have no better solution than a charity drive model. Really sad to see the community turn against ABC. If there is a split it will be the death of BCH's future.
I am not fear mongering. I don't care anymore. I traded my BCH for ETH way back when the IFP was rejected by the community. I know the community thinks differently, which is why I left
I am not statist so much as smart enough to not be an anarchist. The problem with BCH now is that it is being lead by anarchists. It's why it won't be developed to work in society.
I don't think people are against raising funds for development. The main concern comes from dictation of authority. Who decides where and how money gets spent? 1/2
A solution that could create funds through profitability is the best form of growth model . We must leverage the network to EARN this model of funding.
I saw nothing wrong with having the miners decide which projects to fund. I think the IFP was fair for that. The only argument would have been how to add eligible projects to the list.
