Look into grounding/earthing too. We used to be connected to earth all the time until in 1960 rubber soles were invented. Being barefoot on grass / earth is a healer.
Yea walking on all those chemicals we polluted the Earth with in bare feet is wonderful for you (if you enjoy cancer).
