Remove all foreign aid and western medicine from III world. Overpopulation problem solved. Everyone is happy. especially those III world countries.

evolutionary argument. question is, how much aid should be provided to be compassionate but not so much to incur dependence? is that possible?

Part of the issue is charities displacing local businesses (why make clothes is missionaries drop off pallets every month?). same could be said of teaching; maybe a secondary issue.
