Community involvement is the key. In busy.org we had hundreds of non technical users filling up issues in our github or communicate with devs in discord. It's not the case here

Or even Brave, making a browser that is better than Chrome and Firefox. Web has so many features that making browsers is expensive even for Microsoft. But they did and people liked it
